It links Southend with London Liverpool Street, not Fenchurch Street (that's Central station). These trains leave the Great Eastern route at Shenfield. Operated by 'one'.

well done whoever put this...its London Southend International. RAF Rochford was on this site, as a grass airfield. Southend Airport is now what this place is called, handling GA and commercial flights.
